More than 175 people donate time as volunteers at The National Quilt Museum. Volunteers are an integral part of the museum’s daily operations. Some volunteers enjoy greeting visitors in the galleries, ensuring our collection is protected and helping share information about our quilts and community with visitors. Others can get hands-on by assisting with exhibit changes and children’s activities. All volunteers enjoy monthly educational meetings in addition to other special activities and opportunities.
The volunteer program provides vital support to the overall success of this international attraction. Quilters and non-quilters are welcome to volunteer on weekdays or weekends. For more information, call 270-442-8856 or fill out the volunteer form.
