Facility Rental

Whether you are having a guild workshop, business meeting, reception or community event, The National Quilt Museum has the room for you! Facility rentals include a choice of three 32' x 26 ½‘ classrooms; two of which can be combined to make one 64' x 26 1/2' room. Also available is a lobby area ideal for after hour receptions and a conference room perfect for small business meetings.

Two classrooms are equipped with a sink, dry erase board and a carpeted wall. Amenities include 3' x 6' tables and chairs to accommodate large and small groups as well as sewing machines, irons and ironing boards. a lectern with a microphone, a TV/VCR as well as slide and overhead projectors are available for a nominal fee.

Rental Fees*

For-Profit Organizations:

During Business Hours:
$125.00 per day per classroom

After Business Hours:
$200.00 first hour per classroom
$50.00 for each additional hour

$200.00 for first hour of lobby use
$100.00 each additional hour

Non-Profit Organizations:

During Business Hours:
$50.00 per day per classroom

After Hours:
$100.00 first hour per classroom
$50.00 for each additional hour

$150.00 for first hour of lobby use
$50.00 for each additional hour


*$100.00 extra fee for events with 100 guest or more.
For all Sundays and/or after hour events that require additional staffing, there may be an additional charge depending on request.
